Consolidated & shipped from Milan
Delivery & shipping

One hub, one consignment, one set of papers.

Wholesale orders don't ship the way a single machine does. Whatever you order across the catalogue is consolidated at our Italian hub and leaves as one shipment, on one invoice, with one set of documents โ€” rather than six manufacturers each sending you a pallet and six sets of paperwork to reconcile.

01

Order

Build it in the portal across any combination of brands and request an invoice.

02

Confirmation

We check availability and give you a real lead time before anything is committed.

03

Settlement

A proforma follows. Payment is by SEPA transfer and is due before dispatch.

04

Dispatch

Consolidated at Milan and shipped to your market as a single consignment.

Lead times, honestly

Some of the catalogue is held in stock and some is built to order, and which is which changes week to week. So rather than publish a number that would be wrong half the time, we confirm availability and lead time on every order before you commit to it. If something in your basket is the long pole, you will know before you pay rather than after.

Where a line shows as available in the portal, that is what our Italian hub is holding at the time you are looking. Larger quantities than the figure shown are usually possible โ€” that becomes a question of lead time rather than a refusal.

If a delivery date is the deciding factor for you, say so on the order or in a message. It is much easier to plan a consignment around a date we know about than to rescue one afterwards.

Terms that apply to every consignment

ConsolidationAll lines gather at our Italian hub near Milan and ship together. Partial dispatch is possible when you need part of an order early, and is arranged case by case.
FreightQuoted per consignment once the order is confirmed, because it depends on weight, volume, destination and whether the goods are palletised or containerised. It is not included in catalogue prices.
PaymentSEPA bank transfer against the proforma invoice, due before dispatch.
VATReverse charge for EU-registered companies. Export documentation is prepared for destinations outside the EU.
TitlePasses on receipt of full payment.
DocumentsProforma at order, commercial invoice and packing list with the shipment, plus whatever the destination requires.
Damage in transitNote it on the carrier's paperwork at the point of delivery and photograph it before the driver leaves. That record is what any claim rests on.

Packaged goods move differently

Fast-moving consumer goods are quoted and shipped per pallet and per container rather than per unit, and the freight maths is a different shape from a single machine. Those enquiries are priced on request, with shipping quoted alongside the goods rather than after.
